You can find lots of interesting resources about obesity and eating disorders, and how to approach them in a team that includes a psychologist, a nutritionist, a physical education specialist, a diabetologist/endocrinologist, and a communications specialist. At the top of the site, you will see the following:

HANDBOOK - a book on the cultural and historical aspects of obesity, reports on obesity statistics in six European countries, also specific guidelines and initiatives to fight obesity 

SYLLABUS OF SEMINARS - this is addressed to lecturers, and dietitians who intend to teach the integrated approach of obesity and eating disorders 

TRAINING PACKAGE - is for autonomous learning. For this, you need to register and create an account. You will find lots of interesting interviews with specialists from different countries on nutrition, eating disorders, and examples of best practices in communicating with teenagers with obesity and EDs.
