  1. A raw food diet encourages eating unprocessed food, which is associated with a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and cognitive decline. However, some variations of a raw food diet reduce or eliminate consumption of salt and oil, reducing the amount of essential sodium and healthy fats in the diet.

  2. A raw vegan diet may be beneficial for heart health due to its higher portions of fruits and vegetables.
As example, I decided to tell you about my good friend Ana, that is a Nutrition Student at University of Medicine in Iasi, who told me that in her’ s first Erasmus project in 2021 their team made an research, on 100 raw vegan citizens of Belgrad, which showed that vegans may have up to a 75% lower chance of developing high blood pressure, so it’s advantages includes such as reduced diabetes risk.
As a disadvantage, it can also be low in calories and high in natural sugars, affecting a person’s health. Also The raw vegan diet excludes a wide range of foods, so there is a risk that a person may not get all of the vitamins and minerals they need. For example the vitamin B12 is acquired from meat, which the raw vegans do not consume. So these persons are having a vitamin B12 defficiency that may cause anemia, dementia, affected nervous system, irritability and visual problems.

  5. Your oven gets a rest on this diet. 😊 You'll mostly be eating raw fruits, vegetables, and grains. The idea is that heating food destroys its nutrients and natural enzymes, which is bad because enzymes boost digestion and fight chronic disease. In short: When you cook it, you kill it.Some fans of raw food diets believe cooking makes food toxic. They claim that a raw food diet can clear up headaches and allergies, boost immunity and memory, and improve arthritis and diabetes.
My personal opinion is that one should eat a bit of everything, in the correct amount and the perfect combination, that follows the rules of a perfect plate. It's perfect to include raw food, and it's recommended even, but you shouldn't have only raw food, for the rest of your life. There are certaing veggies that are better assimilated while being cooked.

A raw food diet consists of consuming uncooked, unprocessed foods such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds, believed to preserve nutrients and enzymes.Advantages: Raw food diet may provide high nutrient intake, improve digestion, promote weight loss, and enhance overall health.Disadvantages: It can be challenging to meet nutrient needs, may increase risk of foodborne illness, and requires careful planning to ensure balanced nutrition. Social limitations and potential lack of variety may also be drawbacks.During cooking, antioxidants and vitamins can be affected by heat, light, and oxygen exposure. Some vitamins, like vitamin C and B vitamins, are sensitive to heat and can be lost or degraded. Antioxidants may also be reduced due to heat or leaching into cooking water. However, some cooking methods can enhance the availability of certain nutrients. The raw food business encompasses the production, distribution, and sale of raw food products and services. This includes raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and prepared raw food items such as juices, salads, and snacks. Raw food businesses may operate as restaurants, cafes, juice bars, online retailers, or producers of packaged raw food products for sale in stores. Some celebrities known to have followed or endorsed raw food diets at various times include actress Demi Moore, musician Sting, and actor Woody Harrelson. While they may not strictly adhere to raw food diets at all times, they have publicly expressed support for the principles of raw eating for health and wellness. :)

    1.
    Advantages of a raw diet:✅
    - High nutrient intake: Raw foods retain more vitamins, minerals, and enzymes compared to cooked foods.
    - Increased energy levels: Many people report feeling more energized and vibrant on a raw diet.
    - Weight loss: Raw diets often lead to weight loss due to their emphasis on whole, unprocessed foods with lower calorie density.

    Disadvantages of a raw diet:❌

    - Digestive discomfort: Some people experience bloating, gas, or digestive issues when consuming large amounts of raw fruits and vegetables.
    - Food safety concerns: Raw foods can harbor harmful bacteria like E. coli and Salmonella, leading to foodborne illnesses if not handled and prepared properly.
    - Difficulty in maintaining: Maintaining a raw diet long-term requires dedication and careful meal planning, which may be challenging for some individuals.

    2.
During cooking, vitamins and antioxidants can be affected in several ways. Heat exposure, particularly at high temperatures, can lead to the degradation of heat-sensitive vitamins like vitamin C and some B vitamins.Vitamin C and vitamin B1 are destroyed by boiling and baking, vitamin E is partially destroyed, vitamin B2 is heat-resistant but tends to disappear upon contact with water, and vitamin B9 is destroyed by cooking at high temperatures.Antioxidants may be partially destroyed or degraded during cooking, depending on factors such as cooking method, temperature, and duration.
3.A raw food business involves the production and sale of foods that are not cooked or thermally processed. These foods can include salads, cereals , fresh juices, nuts, many types of seeds, snacks made from raw fruits and vegetables, as well as raw vegan desserts(cake with matcha tea, tiramisu raw vegan).Special care must be taken in the delivery and storage of raw foods as they are highly perishable since they are not cooked.
    4.
I'm not very familiar with many individuals who have embraced the raw vegan diet, but there were instances in the past when there was some coverage about two well-known figures: Ioana Ghinghina and Andreea Raicu.
They talked about this diet as being successful for weight loss and maintaining beauty.
