    Many of us have gadgets or smartphones around us all the time, even when having lunch or dinner with the family and that distracts us from the actual process of eating. In terms of good habits, it would rather help to focus on the food taste and texture. Doing so, the brain will perceive the sense of satiety as soon as it appears.

    For the start we need to evaluate our familis life style and habbit like what we eat and what we do in our freetime . A good start if we have a eating problem is to visit a good nutritionist , he can help us to have a more healty diet . Our familis health is greatly influented by the food we eat and how we eat it . The slow introduction of new healthier foods and eating habits can greatly effect our lifes .

    We need to move more. It is of utmost importance to do at least 30 minutes of physical activity everyday. It is up to you. All I’m saying is, for example, you can clean your room, do gardening or walk your dog. Not only will you finish your chores but also burn some calories. :)

    I believe, a subtle change would be going from frying to baking. By doing this, we reduce the amount of oil that we ingest, and increase the amount of nutrients preserved in our food after cooking it. It makes a small difference in taste, but a huge one health wise.

    First of all, i believe that change is the beginning of something new. We can reduce soft drinks and adding several favorite vegetables and also we can replace the chocolate filled with sweet milk with a healthier option like dark chocolate. Or we can replace coffee with black tea or green tea and i'm sure you will become happier, healthier and more efficacious than ever before.

    It is important to quit smoking, alcohol or other harmful substances. It is important to respect the food pyramid and to consume as many unprocessed foods from biological sources and homemade :steam, boiled, raw, baked. It is important to eliminate refined sweets and hydrogenated fats. These measures are the basis for a healty life.

    In my family, the worst eating habit was quick chewing of food. There were times when we sat at the table max 5-7 min. I noticed that the husband was the person who greedily devoured the food and the other members were following him without realising it. The Hourglass's excercise has helped us a lot - a game by which everyone (while eating) takes care to follow the flowing sand of an hourglass set for 15 minutes.

  10. The small change and the most important i belive is to be honest with us and try to understand what we need and we want, nutritionaly. To be aware of what is good and bad for you is a great change. After that every little change become easy, because you do it for yourself and nothing is too much for yourself.

    My suggestion for my family to eat healthier would be to have a salad for dinner every night. I started having salads a year ago for dinner and after couple of weeks I saw and felt a huge change. It improved my digestion and metabolism. Before going to sleep I didn't feel full as if I was eating a sandwich but I wasn't hungry either. Fresh vegetables contain a lot of vitamins and water, which made my skin look more healthy, glowy and hydratated. I think making a salad is easy and doesn't much time, so it's worth considering making a change for their own well being.

  13. Being carefull to reduce your snacks intake can lead to have an more balanced digestion. Snacks also are usually highly fatty and with much refined sugar. Eating between because of snacks makes our stomach no rest and our mind less efficient.

    1. Schut Lorand, a snack could be a fruit of your choice (an apple) or a vegetable ( a carrot). I think you are referring to processed food as a snack choice. Do you also think that a healthier snack should be avoided?

  14. I think a change for the better is to reduce the consumption of processed foods to try to cook at home and not be dependent on ready-made products to depend more on ourselves
    I believe home-made food is much healthier

    First of all, we need to do more exercises. 30 minutes of exercises a day would be a good start.
    Secondly, we must pay more attention to what we eat, what we consume. We must enjoy the small pleasures of life in a beneficial way.
    It is necessary to consume fruits and vegetables daily, preferably from your own garden and to reduce the consumption of foods full of sugar and food additives.

    A great achievement is obtained by small changes in our everyday life. I think that the first step to change would be our daily nutrition. First of all, we should eliminate little by little foods that we know are not good, or even reduce the quantity. On a bigger plan, that could offer us an external (physical appearence) and internal (feeling of joy, proud, healthyness) achievement. Second of all, we can start doing light workouts and slowly increase the level of difficulty in time. Also, we should choose what suits for us (yoga, aerobics, jogging, dancing classes). By doing that, we can have a feeling of relaxation, rather than one of obligation

The healthiest is when we eat vegetables and fruit in their season, when they are freshly picked and when they did not have time to stay in who knows what warehouses, sprinkled with various preservatives. Is vey important to quit smoking, alcohol or other substances and eliminate sweets and fast-foods. During the meal we should not use phones or any other objects that may attract our attention.
