STAYING HYDRATED
Staying hydrated can be a challenge for many people. One suggestion to fulfill drinking the necessary quantity of liquid our body needs is to:
- place a bottle of water in front of you so that you can measure how much you've drunk and also to remind you to drink more instead of grabbing a sweet or some unhealthy snack.

You should always add bits, or slices, of fruits and vegetables in your drinking water, in order to enhance the hydration process of your body's cells.
ReplyDeleteThirst is often mistaken for hunger, so every time you feel peckish, drink a glass of water before you eat to make sure you aren’t confusing hunger with dehydration. This is a good way to cut out unnecessary calories and to staying hydrated too! ;)

ReplyDeleteEat plenty of water rich foods. Water doesn't just have to come from what we drink. You can stay hydrated by eating foods with a high water content, like cucumber, lettuce, melon and celery.
ReplyDeleteIf you can’t drink water, change the water with tea or natural juice , or try to stay hydrated by consuming fruits or vegetables that saturate your thirst like tommatos, melons and strawberries .

ReplyDeleteI used to use an app, which gave me a notification every 1,5 hours to drink 125ml water, and it really helped, now my first thing after waking up is to drink a glass of water.
Every day, immediately after waking up, drink a glass of water (even if you don't feel thirsty); prepare your glass of water at night, before going to sleep.
ReplyDeleteDuring the day, take with you a bottle of water everywhere you go.
