ReplyDeleteI consider hemp seeds to be a superfood. The seeds have a rich nutritional profile and provide a range of health benefits. Technically a nut, hemp seeds are very nutritious. They have a mild, nutty flavor and are often referred to as hemp hearts. These small, brown seeds are rich in protein, fiber, and healthful fatty acids, including omega-3 and omega-6. They have antioxidant effects and improve the health of the heart, skin, and joints.
ReplyDeleteHemp seeds are a complete source of protein, meaning that they provide all nine essential amino acids. These seeds are a complete source of protein, meaning that they provide all nine essential amino acids. Hemp seeds are also a great source of vitamin E and minerals, such as phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, sulfur, calcium, iron and zinc. They can be consumed raw, cooked or roasted. Hemp seed oil is also very healthy and has been used as a food and medicine in China for at least 3,000 years.
Hemp seeds have so many uses. They can be eaten raw as a healthy snack and can be used in regular products like muesli bars, cereals, snack foods, nondairy milk, and the like. Personally, I am using hemp seeds in salads, smoothies, dressings, granola, sandwiches, with yoghurt and berries, on top of porridge and avocado toast.

DeleteI belive that a full of benefits aliment for breakfast might be eggs cooked in various ways , that can also be served acompained by steamed vegetables . The meal can also be served with some fresh vegetable or fruit juice for a complete nutritional intake . I choosed eggs as the aliment I recommed because of its protein content and also because of the satiety sensation that they offer for a really long duration . The vegetables assure a fiber intake to the body , helping the normal function of the intestinal digestion , and the fresh juice assure the necessary carbohydrates , making up this way a whole and complete breakfast, regarding to nutrients and body necessities .
ReplyDeleteWhen it comes to breakfast , everything has a powerful meaning to me . That comes from some kind of dissorder that I fought with when I was a child . Having to be in school pretty early in the morning , I skept breakfast all the years until highschool . Until than , some changes related to my body , showed me that this is not the right way to a healthy lifestyle and determinated me to do some major changes . That happened during the summerbreak before my junior year , when I started to study about the way people should eat and the meals they should have . That was the moment when breakfast became the most important meal of the day for me . Now , regarding to th topic , I would like to highly recommend chia pudding as a perfect breakfast idea , considering that it is very easy to prepare , all we habve to do is to soak the night before some chia seeds in some liquid (it doesn't matter if it is water or milk - vegetable or not ) and add some fresh/dried fruits or inuts in the morning to define its tastiness . Perfect for the lazy ones , or just for not a morning person , full of proteins , calcium , potassium , antioxidants and fiber , it is a complete and full of nutrients meal that will deffinatelly assure your body the neccesary nutritional intake until lunch .

In fact, it if contained fibers too, milk could be named ' THE IDEAL ALIMENT'
ReplyDeleteWhole grains are a powerful choice for a meal because they contain a lot of nutrients and many of those are essential nutrients such as magnisium and folic acid( known as vitamin b9), but it all comes to bioavalability of those.

ReplyDeleteI'm not really a morning person so for the ones who tend to choose the simple and fast solutions like me quinoa is a great choice. Cooked in milk with some fresh and tasty fruits added on the top it makes excellent classic hot breakfast cereal. It's high in protein and essential amino acids like lysine.
ReplyDeleteWhen it comes to breakfast, because I'm always in a hurry, I prefer to grab two bananas. Bananas are an excellent source of potassium and vitamin B6, fibers and carbohydrates. Potassium is one of the most important electrolytes in the body, helping to regulate heart function and lowering blood pressure. When I have time, I include bananas in a variety of smoothies, along with other fruits, in order to obtain a very healthy breakfast.
ReplyDeleteI love breakfast smoothies. There’s no better way to start the day then with a satisfying, yummy serving of blended fruits and vegetables. They have a ton of nutrition as well as protein and lots of fiber. After eating a healthy breakfast smoothie in the morning,I don’t feel heavy or bloated compared to a “traditional” breakfast with eggs, meats, and carbs.

ReplyDeleteThe famous british breakfast has been proved to be a great meal because of its satious caracteristic and thanks to the fact that it s energy is realised troughout the first half of the day progrsively, the thing would be to not use oil while cooking.

ReplyDeleteLot of people say that breakfast is the most important meal, because we start our day with it. However, just a few of them knows what should our plate contain. Our breakfast should consist of high protein foods and fat, because they keep our blood sugar under control and help avoid cravings and lack of energy all day long.
ReplyDeleteBreakfast is the most important meal of the day, so it's worth the effort to eat a healthy one! I usually make omelette with vegetables, drink a cup of green tea, and have some fruits. Eggs are a great source of vitamin A, B, C, D, E, K and selenium (which prevents certain types of cancer) and protein. Green tea has antioxidants, and fruits are full with vitamins. This way I stay full for hours.
ReplyDeleteI think we should all start our morning routine with a glass of water, because it's really important to stay hydrated. After that, we should definitely eat something. It is just not ok to start the day at work/school by thinking about how hungry we are. For me, the best choice for a nutritious breakfast are eggs. I know it was already mentioned, but I can't think of anything better. I usually put a little bit of olive oil in a pan, then I add a chopped onion and a couple of slices of bacon. I let them cook a little bit. After that, I add the beaten eggs seasoned with salt and pepper, and I also like to put a lot of cheese in there. Slice some cherry tomatoes next to the omelette and Voilà! The healthy and nutritious breakfast is ready.
ReplyDeleteBreakfast has been a habit for me since I was little and I discovered its importance and benefits. I believe that walnuts are an excellent source of healthy fats that keep your energy for a long time . You can also combine them with fresh or dried fruits and put all in some yoghurt. If you prefer more sweet you could add a teaspoon of honey.

ReplyDeleteIn my opinion, the best way to start your day is to drink a homemade smoothie. I was thinking of carrot and spinach juice. Carrots are one of the richest possible sources of Vitamin A and also contain an abundance of Vitamins B, C, D, G, E and K. Spinach is probably the most vital food for the entire digestive tract. There are a lot of types of smoothies, with legumes or fruits, and you can make one with whatever you lust.
In my opinion breakfast is the most important meal because it gives you the energy you need for the whole day. It can be diversified in order not to get bored with the same breakfast every day. One of my breakfast contains oat and dried fruits. Oat is rich in fiber so it gives you a better digestion, protects the heart, it reduces cholesterol levels and strengthens the immune system.
ReplyDeleteEating breakfast is necessary for everyone. Greek yogurt is a great choice for breakfast, it is creamy, delicious and nourishing. Greek yogurt is high in protein, helps reduce appetite and may aid weight loss. Certain types also contain beneficial probiotics. Try topping greek yogurt with berries or chopped fruit to increase your meal's vitamin, mineral and fiber content.
ReplyDeleteBecause I am not a morning person, I usually skip breakfast, my first meal being around 1 o'clock. But when I have to wake up, I like starting my day with a delicious portion of scrambled eggs. They give me enough energy until my next meal.
ReplyDeleteWhatever your morning routine looks like, there is a whole grain breakfast that will help power your day: oats are fantastic, healthy way to start the day. Skip the snooze button and get fresh with a bowl of oats, pistachios( high of antioxidants, low in calories), dried fruits( have a low to moderate Glycemic index), quinoa( rich of protein and riboflavin) and coconut milk( brings fibers, vitamin C, E, B3, B5, B6, iron, selenium, sodium, calcium and magnesium).
ReplyDeleteBreakfast is the most important meal of the day, so make sure you don’t skip them! A protein-packed breakfast can satisfy your appetite and help you eat healthy all day long. According to an interesting research: Who ate a high-protein breakfast ate 26 percent fewer calories at lunch than those who ate a calorically identical meal with less protein. The nutrient helps you, that nudges your brain to realize, “Hey, I’m full.” and give you a powerful energy for all day long.
